The URL at the bottom of each message gets me to a subscription page, but it 
doesn't have an unsubscribe otion that I can see.

I'm happy to say I am sending this from Kmail runnng on Suse 7.3.  Ive used 
linux as a server for a long time, but now I'm going to use it as my desktop
