Cat5 Wiring

I believe you only need the contractors license if you are doing more that
700$ worth of actual cabling.  I was working on setting up a side business,
and talking with the az small business people, it was determined that I
could lay cat5 provided the bill didn't exceed 700$ at any given time.  But
again..thats what I _believe_, and possibly not what reality is.
