=09Everytime I have connected another router (usually for wireless) behin=

another router, I've always chosen a different subnet.  Don't know how=20
difficult it is with that D-Link, but try using 192.168.99.0/24 behind th=
e=20
D-Link and see if it is a NAT routing issue.  (ie the D-LInk believes tha=
t=20
every 192.168.100.* address should be on the inside interface and not=20
outside.)
