/.journal ... whazzat?

If you convert an existing ext2 to ext3 while it's mounted the journal
file shows up but is in use. Don't mess with it. If you use a boot CD
you can use tune2fs (I think thats the name) while the partition is
unmounted to make the journal hidden. This is normal.
