Getting bad interpreter error

I copied it from the text download of the ipmasq HOWTO, so yes that's
possible. I mod'ed the file a bit in emacs to point to the correct
IPTABLES location and made sure the IP settings where as I wanted.

What do I run the file thru to ensure LF only vs CR-LF?
