qmail HEL(L)P!!!!

I need a qmail guru or somesuch.

OK, I'm trying to install qmail (smtp and pop), openldap, vdomains,=20
courier-imap, php, and imp on a Mandrake box ( no distro wars please, not=
 the=20
time or place).  Basically, trying to install a smtp/pop email server for=
=20
hosting several domains with web access for future programming needs.  I'=
ve=20
been working on this for a week and a half and gotten NOWHERE!! (well tha=
t's=20
not true but the end goal is elusive). i've tried the by hand method and=20
qmailmadeeasy, qinstall, and big-q to get me started and they all fail (o=
r=20
I'm just stupid, probably the latter)

This needs to be done by tomorrow (tues) at 4 pm, so if you could start=20
tonight that would be great (finishing tonight would be better).  I will =
pay=20
for help and looking over the shoulder of this expert (so as not to remai=
n an=20
idiot).  I realize some of us are vehicle challenged, I would be glad to =
pick=20
up the right person.
