KDE Hotkey configuration question

Hello all,
I know how to set key bindings on KDE via the "Look'n'Feel" applet.  I also 
know that it stores configuration information in a file with a "kksrc" 
extension.   I'd like to be able to set hotkeys through a script, though.  If 
I was to modify a custom "kksrc" file, is there a command-line program I 
could run to activate that key-binding file as the current setup?
