mandrake clock

For those not inclined toward the GUI, systems that follow the RedHat /etc
layout can find this in /etc/sysconfig/clock:
ZONE="Etc/GMT-7"
UTC="no"
ARC=false

Debian does this:
billn@lotus:/etc$ ls -al localtime
lrwxrwxrwx    1 root     root           35 Nov 17 13:41 localtime ->
/usr/share/zoneinfo/America/Phoenix

Simple timezone headers are provided as simple expedients, so you can 'ln
-s /usr/share/zoneinfo/MST /etc/localtime' instead of picking a specific
region.
