Accounting / Inventory Management System

Can you be more specific about the type of system required? Is it retail or
warehouse, does it need complete sku (upc), or is it more generalized. Does
it need hooks for scm and integration with other ERP? How about scale, how
big an operation and how many items?

With that information I can give some fairly in depth recommendations.
