I met with Donovan Walker yesterday. He is currently experimenting with Star
Office and is very interested in LTSP. I have contacted Matt and when he
returns, we will try to set up a demonstration for him. The hardest part of
the project seems to be the educational programs that run under MS OS's.
FYI, the Montessori Day School is a charter school with three campuses
connected by a WAN. This will not be an easy project, but will entail a lot
of time and effort. As we know more about how Donovan wants to proceed, we
can get more people involved in the effort.
