I think responibility at some level is great, but the work should be
more than distributable.  The website should be in CVS to eliminate
conflict.

I think as long as people communicate moderately, the combination of
that and good source control (CVS) should be more than enough.

Gack.  It would be MUCH safer to issue an id to each individual.  The
account name credentials should be handled in person or via keys.
