Free web address/port fowarding

If I was interested and had that kind of money, that would be of much
importance but I don't have the money and it's not worth it to me. What
I'm trying to accomplish is use a service like http://www.myvnc.com (I
don't remember their main address) to redirect traffic from port 80 at
me.myvnc.com to port 81 at 123.456.78.9. My router already forwards
port 81 to port 80 at 192.168.0.9 on my network. I just need something
to "tunnel" requests to port 81 when going over the Cox network.
Note: All addresses used are completely random and not mine. Urls
excluded.
Note2: I haven't really had a chance to look at myvnc.com to see if it
does this but I'd like to know of some others.
Thanks.
