IF02.2 Mini Update

It's very nearly official! We now have heard
from a well placed source that we have receive
official authorization to use GCC's Student
Union on September 28th to host IF02.2!

Big thanks to foodog for spearheading this
extremely important step, and to all the people
who helped make it happen!
