Linux article in USA

Some gossip at work has it that Sun had a poll to determine the platform
Solaris was used on most. The results were 76% on Intel, 24% on SPARC.
Anyone else hear of this rumor?

Another Linux/Solaris tidbit: I had the opportunity to use Solaris and
Gnome last week. I could not tell it from a Linux box except for the
fact that vi was still broken in an xterm. Obviously, I was just using
it, not admin'ing it.
