Moving to Phoenix

[Tom Achtenberg]

Are you on the DSL or the Choice On-Line VDSL?  They are totally different
services.  My VDSL had nothing blocked that I ever found.  I could use any
mail servers I had accounts on. etc.

They do for me - port 25 & 80.  This was verified with a port scan
and log review.  Perhaps it depends on the area?
