Have you tried using the reset button that most routers like those have?  My
thought is that it could be some overlooked setting and if I remember right
your WAN end should be fully configured by Cox.net DHCP servers.

Good evening. Since converting my isp from @home to
cox.net I've been unable to use my SMC Barricade 4 port
router. I suspect that the router is wanting to see a
domain name, like it had when I configured it for @home
(that's the only thing that I can think of that's
changed). If anyone has seen this issue and know the
fix, I'd greatly appreciate it.
