Cox HSI Pricing

Excellent Brian and I thank you.  However, I was wondering what taxes
are imposed?  I'm on a strict budget for this and fine points like that
are of imnportance to me.  By my math so far, i'm saving about $30 a
year but I'd like to be able to factour in the taxes applied as I was
able to with my phone bill.
