Highspeed ISP not in Phx area?

DSL Available Areas:Phoenix, Arizona - 480, 602 and 623 area codes. Most
prefixes.
  Prescott, Arizona - 928 area code, 442, 443, 445, 541, 708, 717, 771, 776,
777, and 778 prefixes.
   Flagstaff, Arizona - 928 area code, 213, 214, 226, 522, 523, 526, 527,
679, 714, 773, 774, 779, 864, and 913 prefixes.
  
That's from http://www.fastq.com/connect/dsl.html. I'm certain other ISPs
would have it as well. I think I've also seen stuff about DSL and cable
modem in Payson.
