Well, there's a simple test you can do to determine if they're PR department
is flinging BS at the public:
- Start up Netscape 4.7x and go to www.msn.com
- Save the page
- Start up Mozilla
- Open the page you just saved.

Mozilla renders the page almost identically to what Netscape 4.7x does --
minus a few relative linked images, the entire page shows exactly the same.
