The problem we have is a perennial one where we have the continuing 
round of costs versus either lives saved or patients receiving proper 
treatment.  So, we are approaching a situation where it's likely that 
we have to consider that something of this sort is happening.   I'm 
not trying to take the journalists point of view.  I'm trying to take 
the non-humanistic point of view -which isn't all that friendly - 
that simply costs of software have gotten to a point where it's 
really getting a bit too hard to  say that the tax payer and the 
patient can afford it.

The whole thing from beginning to end is pretty much a quagmire of 
huge proportions.
