A Canadian chap going by collectorscorner1 has a large selection of new O'Reilly books on eBay , most starting at US$9.99. I've got about half a dozen coming and have exchanged a few pleasent e-mails with him. Even with the postage from Canada you should be able to pick up some good titles cheap.
