I need a standard tool that will take an arbitrary image file (probably a GIF, JPG, or TIF) and scale it to a fixed size (eg., 150x200 pixels) and color depth (eg., 24 bits) from a php script. Any suggestions? In case it matters, we're running php4 on a Debian 2.2 distro. Thanks -David Schwartz
