I think you have covered nearly everything. Call Earthlink and speak with a
level2 tech and pass along your results. If Outlook Express works they will
point the problem as being on your computer.
I have been having allot of hassles with Kmail just the same and have been
thinking of changing to something else. Does anyone know other GUI mail
clients that run under X(KDE/GNOME) that may be worth consideration for home
use?
