instructional material

anyone know of any good instructional material on the Net for Linux admin?
Specifically for debian would be awesome, but easy enough to tweak if I've
got a good base to work from.

Ideally I'd have something with some verbosity to use as manuals as well as
some sort of overheads and some labs. I'll take what I can find, though :).
