A nice little rack is the oonly way to go. Bolted to the floor?
I would think just locking the front and back, in a locked room
would suffice.

I have also had a wonderful experince with the COmpaq DL360's
These are nice little 1U rack mounts that are supported for Linux.
I have installed Debian on them, in a hardware Raid1, and couldn't
ask for anything better. I use Raid1 (mirror) and have a NetApp filer
on hand for any additional disk space requirements.

Find a small rack, get a nice glass door (for appearance) and throw in
a Compaq 1U in there. If the rack is small, you will have room to grow.
Compaq has demonstrated good support on all of these boxes as well.
In the two issues I had, resolution was just within a couple hours.
In one case, they had a powersupply out to me the same day.
