Good ISP

Uhh.. you don't _have_ to go with QWest for DSL.  There are lots of other
carriers out there, Covad, Rhythms, etc.  I personally am getting a
Covad/Earthlink package.  I don't pay a single dime to QWest, except for
my phone bill.
