Need ISP!!!

Ok Kolks,

    I will  provide a static IP dial account for 69.95 per month that is truly unlimited (your own port and #) If  24 or more of you
sign up then I will provide the service for 49.95 per month @ 56k  if 1000 or more sign up  then it will be 19.95 per month with bad QOS
and I will even double bill your cc when I have a hard time paying for all the equitment and my expenses.

Any takers ?
