I think you want to use CIDR.. I'm don't think you can get them right in the
middle, but i think you can get 32 ips by using the subnet mask of:
f f f f f f d 0
1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 1111 1100 0000
or 0xffffffd0 or 255.255.255.192 or (your ip)/26
unless I'm off by a bit then it's
0xffffffe0 or 255.255.255.224 or (your ip)/27
