CD-RW opinions

 I purchased a Sony crx140 from Technology Partners around Xmas last year and 
now the tray is refusing to open and close normally. TPI has agreed to 
exchange the drive (8x4x32) for an equivalent drive that happens to be a 
panasonic/matsushita CW-7586. Should I accept this or perhaps try for a newer 
better drive. I am completly happy with the Sony and have not heard anything 
about the panasonics performance or quality. I looked for reviews and came up 
empty handed regarding this model!
 Anyone have an opiniion on this matter?
