New Hard Drive

I just got a new 60 gig Western Digital HD and since it is faster than my
previous one I want to move all of the data from my existing HD onto the
new one with larger partitions of course.  I am running RH 7.1, what would
be the best way to do this so that I could boot off of the new disk and
still have everything work properly.  Also, does anyone know what the ATA
100 support is like under linux.
