Unable to Telnet with Redhat 7.1

RedHat 7.1 doesn't enable the telnet and ftp servers in the xinetd. To
enable them goto /etc/xinetd.d directory and edit the wu-ftpd file and set
the line disabled = yes to disabled = no. I would recommend using SSH in
place to telnet unless this machine is on a completely private network.
