Speeding up File Transfers

I have SBB at Cooper and Elliot and here are the test results from the
DSLREPORTS link below.

Your download speed : 2089474 bps, or 2089 kbps.
Browsers would show : about a 255 k/sec transfer rate.
Your upload speed : 85892 bps, or 85 kbps.
Your connection rocks .. above the 1mbit barrier!
