West Side Meeting

  If Bob is still willing, I'd really like to see his presentation. 
Several discrete events ganged up to make life interesting for the
meeting tomorrow.

  Until just now (14:00, Monday) I was unaware that Lucas and Bob had
already saved the day.  The Linux/Win95 announcement was me punting to
avoid two hours of awkward silence.

I really *do* appreciate everyone's efforts -- the next time I go a week
with no mail except spam and Windows viruses, I'll know to check that
I'm still subscribed to the Plug lists.

  so... 1, Are you able/willing to do the presentation tommorow, Bob?

and 2, Lucas, I really appreciate your having taken care of scheduling
for the WestSide meeting.  I guarantee I'll never knowingly ignore the
work you've put in.

I've got to get back to work now, but will recheck here sometime before
7pm and periodically tonight.
