Drat. I was hoping I had found the promised land of Very Little
Rain... that which does not exist anymore, ever since everything for
miles around became polluted with:

1. constant water vapor from pools, lawns (lawns? here? WHY?!?!?), the
disgusting practice of "flood irrigation", etc...
2. the governments project to flood the aquifers 

Gonna be a damned rainforest in 20 years at this rate... monsoon
started earlier than ever this year. started earlier than ever last
year too ...
