What I've got here (Abiword Personal 0.7) is.  From  help->about:

Authors: Abi the ant <abi@abisource.com>
         and many other intrepid hackers
         Released under GNU GPL 2.0
         ...

Another really nice aspect is that it's relatively tiny and launches in
just a few seconds.  I'm using the version that shipped with RH 7.1.
