voicestream/att phone spamming

Oh, that should be reasonably easy:

0) Make notes.
1) Call them and ask politely.
2) When they send it again, call them and ask for a manager, then
offer to report their failing incident *in writing* and detail to the
BBB, the state attorney general, the mortgaging liscensing commision
(or whoever), the postmaster general, the phone provider as a known
spammer, and last but certainly not least, God.
3) Carry through with your offer.

It's a trick that my mom instructed me by the title "w/ CC: God".  

Her other big one was offering to go into the affronting office naked
and cry until she got her way.

Mom's such a sweetie, and has yet to be thwarted.  :-)
