phpMyAdmin is cool but not what I was looking for -

and I am getting an error that is fairly general but it is...

can't locate DBD/mysql.pm in @INC (@INC contains /usr/lib/perl5/5.60 etc...)
I have installed the DBD:DBI module and also the MySQL_mSQL-modules as well
but still - no go...
