I tried that last night and this is what I got then and what I got now when
I tried it again:

/boot: UNEXPECTED INCONSISTENCY; RUN fsck MANUALLY
	(i.e., without -a or -p options)
/boot: clean 29/13104 files, 6552/52387 blocks
										[FAILED}

***An error occurred during the file system check.
***Dropping you to a shell; the system will reboot
***when you leave the shell.
Give root password for maintence
(or Control-D for normal startup):

I thought maybe there was something else to do?
