looking for a php developer

Greetings:

I am looking for a php developer.  Here is a basic description:

Web Developer
----------------------
This position will design and develop web applications related to our 
online education program. Position requires an understanding of web 
technologies and web architectures along with an applications development 
background. Must have experience in a web related programming language such 
as PHP, Perl, Java, JavaScript, or Cold Fusion.

Responsibilities: The Web Developer will be part of a team that
develops our web site for the Cisco Networking Academy Program.  A Web 
Applications Developer will design and develop client-side web
applications related to the Cisco Networking Academy Program.

Hours per week: 20-30
Pay: Varies based on experience
