I'm not sure of that -- He did his work for them as a
student, helping to polish up his program, but may not
have been in continuous employment at the time he got nabbed.
I'm sure his relationship with them is just fine (see below).
Based only on slashdot discussion, I gather there's no change.
Elcomsoft all along has said the feds should charge the company,
not Dmitry. Dmitry is likely to testify for both sides,
just the facts ma'am, as ever. But he can go home for
Christmas. Woohoo!
I was extremely impressed when Elcomsoft's president came
over here to stand up for Dmitry. That is class, of legendary
proportions.
