ARTICLE: Free For All

A certain power company here in the valley makes considerable use
of OSS because "it is more reliable than commercial software."  
Every Sun server (os=solaris) has some OS software, like Apache, 
perl, SNMPD, MRTG, Webmin, and MySQL.  I was impressed.  Too bad 
I didn't get the job.
