Cache server

hi,
I have a linux server which act as the proxy server for all my diskless 
client, and I want to set the cache in the server so that my cliets can 
still surf the website that they had visited before even when the 
modem(connected to the server) is off.
Can anybody please help me on that, thanks a lot....
