Sprint Broadband Direct Reference

I am considering signing up for Sprint Broadband Direct (Wireless) since I 
can't get DSL Service or Cable Internet Service in my neighborhood.  I live 
in south Tempe.

Does anyone use this service who could be a reference?
Are there any other broadband options I should know about?
