Qworst DSL - Liars!

Just to be contrary . . .
I've been having horrible QOS since Friday. I've been having 10-100%
packet loss to the first router. Today, I called them, explained
the problem to the CS rep, and she said she'll notify the technicians.
2.5 hours later, it's completely clear.
Here's how I measured the QOS:

Looks like they actually did something. My last provider in Hawaii
assumed all customers were idiots and treated them that way.
