perl/mysql/apache call tracking software

We use WebRT here at DevelopOnline.  It's Perl/Mysql/Apache.  It's not
beautiful but it works.  And the perl code looks decent.  I wanted to do
some customizations but I never got the chance.  Looks like it'd be
fairly easy to customize/hack up though.
