Sending qwest an illegally tape recorded converstation is not wise.  Why not
just log on to a chat room as root, or write your password on a post-it note
and tape it to your monitor?

So even if the it's not usable in the Court Room, do it anyway and send it
to their supervisors and every other email at Qwest... I'm sure you will get
some kind of response... You could also send it to ACC... Let them figure
out the legality of it.
