Consumer grade e-mail hosting options?

Cox@Work still won't let you run servers until you get to the Pro
package (unless they've renamed it since I last looked).  @Work is
identical to @Home with two exceptions...
1.  It costs more.
2.  They don't care if you use it for work instead of play.
