Question regarding Linux kernels 2.2 and 2.4

Somebody asked me about that earlier, and I tried to reply, but his
mailserver bounced my message. *shrugs*

My mail client is Mutt with GPG extensions. The .dat file should be my GPG
signature.

One question regarding that, though: is it detremental to the reading of
this list for anyone? If it is, I can shut it off.
