Stop *all* requests to IP-only GET requests in apache?

How about setting up a virtual server for the IP addy and making sure that
ends up at a 404 not found. Not dropped packets, but keeps 'em out.

Probably a way to do it with iptables, though. Hey Nick, still awake? :)
