AWE32 in Kernel 2.4.x

I used to run kernel 2.2.9. Through menuconfig I could choose the
address, IRQ, and DMA of my non-PnP AWE32. Now, in Kernel 2.4.x
I have no options. Sound does *not* work. Is there a new configuration
somewhere that I am missing?
